Career and Benefits Coordinator, Community Re-Entry Project
Ageno Otii is a native of Denver, born first generation in a Ugandan family. Currently, Ageno is the Director of Employment and Community Engagement at a culinary job training program and the owner of criminal justice reform consulting company. Ageno is experienced in using evidence-based and best practices to provide direct services, program development, and training to reduce recidivism, increase program efficacy, and develop innovative partnerships that benefit individuals and community. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and the Co-Founder of Gulu GO, a nonprofit that works to develop girls leadership in northern Uganda through basketball and character-based values. Ageno is most passionate about reducing systematic barriers to success for persons and communities facing oppression.
